Product Warranty

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

2. Product Care:

Please carefully read and follow the care instructions provided with our footwear. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in damage to the product, affecting its performance and safety.

3. Fit and Sizing:

Ensure that you choose the correct size of footwear based on our sizing guidelines. Ill-fitting shoes can lead to discomfort and increase the risk of injury.

4. Product Modifications:

Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to our footwear may compromise their safety and void any warranty or liability coverage.

5. Reporting Issues:

If you believe there is a defect or issue with our product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Do not continue to use the product if it appears to be damaged or defective.

6. Limited Warranty:

Our products come with a limited warranty, the terms of which are outlined in the warranty documentation provided with the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Exclusion of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luwa Store SG or THEFORAGERS PTE LTD disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our footwear, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
